The "Fourteenth Five-Year Development Plan for the Convention and Exhibition Industry of Hainan Province" proposes that the entire Hainan Free Trade Port will be used as a convention and exhibition destination to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of government and enterprises, media publicity, and mass participation to jointly build the Hainan Free Trade Port convention and exhibition brand , Implementing the "Global Exhibition Business Plan", forming a new pattern for the development of the Hainan Free Trade Port exhibition industry, and making local exhibition companies bigger and stronger. Taking the opportunity of the construction of the "Global Consumer Boutique Expo Park" project in Haikou, we will integrate resources related to the convention and exhibition industry, explore the establishment of a state-owned Hainan Provincial Convention and Exhibition Group, promote state-owned enterprises to gather in key areas of the convention and exhibition industry, and encourage local convention and exhibition enterprises and associations Join UFI and other international authoritative exhibition organizations. Continue to release the spillover effect of the China International Consumer Goods Expo, comprehensively improve the comprehensive supporting level of the development of Haikou's exhibition industry, and optimize the policies and services for attracting exhibitions.
During the annual meeting, there will also be cooperation and docking activities between Chinese and foreign exhibition organizers and Hainan Convention and Exhibition, as well as UFI China Club decision-makers night talks, and Haikou Convention Awards business innovation experience activities.
